Mr. Kevin is a professional person the way he addressed to us make us feel we can trust on him , honestly this is the first time that we feel comfortable to make any questions regarding my car service next time I would definitely ask for him to make appointments, we really appreciate his advices.

Bryan was very nice and helpful, so thank you Bryan. My only disappointments were when i pulled in i was looking for assistance on how far up to go and who to talk to (this was my first visit) but was not ignored until i parked and started getting out of the car. This made it a bit awkward/unwelcoming for me. The 2nd bit was that they forgot to wash my car. Not the biggest deal as i wasn't there for that, but i was pleasantly surprised and happy by the offer to wash it after the oil change since it was on my to do list anyways, and was sad to find it wasn't after i had already left. I guess don't offer it if it wont be done please. Aside from that my visit was overall a good experience.

I really appreciate Erin's mood, there was an employee next to her that was monotone, eyes half open and inattentive when I pulled up.I sort of made a face, and Erin ran over to help with a smile, and genuine positive attitude, …. at 7 am. Her energy while interacting was why I’m writing this. I work in HR and tend to pay attention to the little things people do. It’s really the little things that make great customer service, no pun intended. ????
