Before bring the car in for service I had call numerous times to talk to people about quotes for tires. In particular I spoke to the service advisor Kevin I was told he had to call parts department and get back to me never did. Called and left him a message later that day never called back. He was off the next day and left a message with someone who never called me back. The Monday I spoke with Kevin again who gave me a price for a different tire and said he would call later in the day about a loaner for me the next day for my appointment never did. Called him back and to discuss the loaner or shuttle and he said he had to go call the manager and would call me back and never did. I ended up having my husband drop me off so that I didn’t have to worry about either missing my appointment or being late for work. Then when I’m dropping the car off they don’t even ask me what tires I want or was it noted on the paperwork they wanted me to sign. When I asked about the mail in rebate they were not Aware of any rebate even though I had been told they would give me something to fill out. However after that the service and communication were fine and very responsive to questions I had about the car or work done. But I couldn’t believe the lack of service leading up the appointment and wish I had another option but I was too drained to try to figure out an appointment with some place else because the rebate from the tire company was ending. For a dealership I expect way better

You had my car for two weeks. I called about 7-9 times to get an update on the car. Every time I was told they would check on it and call me back. I never got a call back. You really should call back the customer and provide a status.

Curtis went above and beyond in responding to my concerns about the air conditioning unit of my Honda Fit. As a result, I plan to have my car serviced at the dealership rather than going to Jiffy Lube in the future.
