Suggestion: if you see a major problem with maintance. Explain the saverity before the vehicle is processed. I could not afford 700 dollars and a 100.00 dollar oil change. But after the oil change curtis explained the saverity of the back brakes and quoted a price. It was within my budget so had the work done. But that was after I waited an hour for my oil change. This is not a complaint just a "what if" scenario.????

I am always faced with the fear that I am being taken advantage of due to my utter lack of understanding basic car jargon. I have been ripped off in the past because I trusted people who convinced me that repairs were needed when in fact they were not. I was pleased that Bryan took the time to explain what needed to be done and advise me of the repairs that were necessary versus those that can wait.
