My door was severley damaged during the repair. My car is brand new. The quality of the repair is completely unacceptable. I am very disappointed.

I have never paid more than $100-$125 max when going for oil change service when car had only 20k+ miles on it. Even my BMW I never paid this kind of disproportionately high service charge. The service guys - Brian and Avery- were going by the Honda’s system code (that’s what they said). If you have to pay way more than usual charge amount then it certainly is ridiculous. Customer should be VERY CLEARLY informed what is exactly warranted to be done and what Honda’s system recommends.
