When arriving to pickup vehicle, service was horrible. I wanted to speak with technician and service advisor but she was nowhere to be found.

The service is great, but the time spent for an oil change w an appt is incredibly long. Nearly 1.5 hours for oil and tire rotation , even w the multipoint is a tough sit. Also, the car wash does not seem to reach the rear of the crv’s. The entire rear end was untouched.
