I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with regards to the vehicle I purchased from your dealership. Unfortunately, I believe that the vehicle you sold me is a lemon. Since taking possession of it, I have encountered numerous issues that have made me question its reliability and safety.
When I decided to purchase the vehicle, I had placed my trust in your dealership and expected a quality and reliable product. However, this experience has shattered that trust and left me with a defective vehicle that doesn't meet the standard of functionality and safety that I reasonably expected.
I hope that your dealership values its reputation and customer satisfaction. However, I have made the decision to part ways and never use your services again or recommend your dealership to anyone. I don't expect anyone to care because this is now my problem to deal with. Just as the service representative told me this is what you may face with high mileage cars. Offering no options for repair is what truly hurt me. As hard as I work I will not pay $9000 to this dealership for a new engine. I will go elsewhere to try to preserve the life of the engine for as long as I can.
