Complained about brakes being noisy, SA said it is "normal because they are ceramic brakes". First of all, the car was not even road tested for him to say it's normal. Secondly, it's an RDX, not an NSX, ceramic brakes should be quieter. And I said "ok" and waited for this survey. Dealer had no snacks at the waiting area, it was a 2 hour wait. 3 Honda dealers I've had in the past had snacks all the time.

Paul Tran was great but I had to wait with a small toddler and was told you had a play room for the kids. As soon as I walked in the playroom I noticed it was very dirty and had a train table with no trains to play with. There were mega blocks in the room as well but they looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. There were no other toys in the room. I immediately left the room as I did not believe that the room was usable as it was so dirty and didn’t have any toys (except for the dirty mega blocks). As a brand, Acura stands for luxury and your “playroom” was disgusting and not functional for your paying customers. You need to either shut down the playroom and not offer it (which would disappoint families) or treat it like an extension of your brand. The current state is not acceptable and made for an incredibly long and painful wait for me and my daughter (which was 1/2 hr longer than promised).
