Marc was very efficient and eager to help. He showed a genuine interest in the issue I was having. The source of the problem was found this time. He gave me a estimated wait time but returned to inform me my car was ready long before that. I also would like to mention Ken the sales person that sold me the car, he was wonderful, he has gone out of his way on numerous occasions to accommodate me. He is a genuine, kind and good guy. His manager is also a very friendly person and always acknowledges me when I’m there.
