I was not told of how long my appointment would be when I called earlier in the week to make the appointment. Upon arrival, I was told it would be 1.5-2hours. I had not planned on that. I was able to get a loaner to go home, but knowing it would be a long appointment at the beginning would have been helpful. It turned to be 2.5 hours. I could have waited a few days, instead of the inconvenience of going back and forth.

I purchased a certified pre owned car from you 18 months ago and was told that it was in excellent condition. The fact that I was told I needed to do $1800 worth of repairs today is an absolute joke. It also took me calling and asking 4 times before I finally got an update on when my car would be ready. Your service techs literally had my tires off so that they could change the brakes but they refused to rotate them without charging me an obnoxious amount of money. Good service would’ve been just rotating them since they were already off.
