Awais Shabbir single-handedly delivered the BEST service I’ve ever had at McGrath Acura. I’ve been a customer since July 2012 and look forward to returning because of HIM. Check my historical maintenance records... I’ve been there many times as we own a 2010 TL and a 2014 RDX. Next time I come in, I’m going to seek him out personally. Whatever you are paying him, he deserves more. If you manage him, you need to focus on doing whatever you can to keep him there because he has made me feel much better about being a valued customer - FAR more than any of your other employees (including others on your sales team) have ever done. I had service performed on my 2019 MDX since brakes were squeaking and front sensor was bad (why are these things going bad in a new car anyway). I picked car up and drive away. Sensor light came back on immediately. Turned around and went back to dealership. Apparently, different sensor was now bad which is disconcerting - why didn’t mechanic drive my car after initial appt to insure everything worked properly? Paul was great but very frustrated with number of car problems and quality assurance
