Mark was really great when I came in he went over what I needed I told him I didn't need my tires rotated cuz I had just put on snow tires on all four wheels any told me it would be an hour maybe an hour and 20 minutes. However he never came out to tell me how much longer it would be which would have been helpful about 10 to 6 Rashad came over to me and ask me if everything was okay and I said I was waiting for my car I was having an oil change he said when I saw you when I went out for my dinner and you're still here so let me check on your car for you he walked back there and he came back and he said is it the red one I said the burgundy one he says yes it's all finished all cleaned washed and vacuumed. He gave me his card and he is the sales manager he was looking out for his customers I know he was busy and I'm sure they were busy in the service department but it would have been nice if Mark would have come out and said hey another 15 or 20 minutes and it will be done and I'm sure he's very busy but the service is always impeccable the car is clean and the atmosphere and your dealership is superb thanks again
