Two driver side wheels have curb rash on them now from the dealer visit. I am very very unhappy as they were perfect on this car bought new and only had 11k miles. I will NEVER bring my car back there for service if this is not rectified.

Paul was very professional and courteous during my yearly maintenance service. I brought my car for an oil change and tire rotation and noticed my car could use a wash so I agreed. When I came to pick up my car I could not recognize my car, it was very clean on both the exterior and interior and they even shined my wheels. In addition during pickup, the service department was extremely busy and what stood out to me was the level of calm and communication between paul and the rest of the associates in coordinating multiple individuals picking up and or dropping off their car.
