I am extremely dissatisfied with the Seevice I received the last two times at your dealership. The quality of your services went down tremendously lately.
I came in for A1 Seevice on Friday and they replaced the battery in addition since it didn’t pass some test. On Saturday I drove on the highway and then stopped at a gas station since the car felt weird and could not start it NOTHiiNG was on !!! I had to open the hood and move the wires on the battery to start it - this is unacceptable totally. I was totally stuck and had a large party planned and almost was late for it!!!
The previous time I came in to replace my tires to winter tires and these tires have certain arrows on the which way they need to rotate. I had to come back 3 times since each time they were wrong no matter how many times I told the sales person that they had to be checked!!
I have a projected Seevice of relaxing time belt and many other key things and don’t have confidence at all in the dealership that it will be done correctly and without causing more issues
Please check on the qualification and experience of your technicians !!!

Paul was great, personable, and a pleasure to interact with. I appreciate the loaner. However, even with supposed discounts, the cost of service was incredibly high. Without a safe vehicle to take on a trip, the choice between weighing the cost of the maintenance and considering a new vehicle isn’t a split second decision. So customer service was great, but I wasn’t happy about my options in terms of my investment. I did not plan on a 3k plus bill when coming in for an oil change on a 7 year old car with less than 40k miles.
