Ok!my car is Acura tlx 2018!when I bought it at McGrath Acura!i have promotion free oil change and waxing about 4 years or 48000 miles!but now my car has 32500 miles about!on 08/25/2021 I came there for oil change and waxing!when Leonardo finished and he told me that I canceled my promotion and then charged $51.89!i never cancel my promotion!why am I do that?and he gave me a phone number:****-****-xxxx.He told me call this number!for what?of course tomorrow morning I will call this number!

The service representative did a fine job. Your appointment process is broken. A scheduled oil change should not take an hour and a half. Why would I come back to your dealership for service when I can walk into any competitors and be out in 30 minutes. I have to come back one more time. Hopefully you can fix your problems by then. I do not need to be contacted.
