Awais was very professional and conscious of my time, which I really appreciated. I was frustrated that my secondary issue wasn’t resolved (key fab doesn’t work) but I enjoyed working with Awais.

I am definitely satisfied with my experience, thanks for all you guys do over there. Generally, the service is pretty awesome, work gets done timely, I am informed of what to look out for and how the car’s care is going for us. It’s nice having the clean car after everything is done as well, so thanks for that.
On top of that you have a very personable staff, including, and especially for me, Awais, who puts up stellar point-of-contact work. I remember him specifically every time, and even if he can just look up the plate number to know my name, and I can just read the name tag, we have genuine interactions every time I come in.
I had the pleasure of having a bit of extra time to talk with him after everything was done, it was nice to get to know Awais some. I appreciate his work there, helping me keep this car safe, as I put a lot of miles on, and the opportunity to have nice conversation as well.
I appreciate all your people over there getting it done.
Obviously I will be returning as usual for all this Acura’s needs, so, ya know, see ya soon.

Marc couldve updated me with what was going on with my car, i was sitting there for two hours with no knowledge of what was happening. Your mechanic scratched my cars paint. My car was filthy when i picked it up. Dirty floorboards, windows covered with god knows what. Dirty finger prints on the interior. Wtf. Extra scrapes that were not there before. The value of my car depreciated just by being at your service department. You obviously do not take care of peoples cars when they are in your possession. You messed my car up. And I will not be returning.
