Your service team was on the top of their performance... polite, friendly, and accurately sharp. They new the Subaru product line and treated me very well. I had some time so I walked next door (GMC) service had to wait till 8:00+ before a service manager came out... then we had to wait a few more minutes to see if my part (that was ordered a month ago) came in. They never called... yes it was in and I made an appointment for some work. Simple back up camera under warranty. Then I asked some simple questions about upgrades to my radio , all I got was no... no... and if it’s on our website we could install it. I said it was. No answer. Big difference in support. Same year as my out back, still under warranty.

However, I have been waiting for a part for over two months now(nobody sent any communication with any status), and this issue is litteraly ruining the drive experience since the car is very noisy, clunky, and feels like it will fall apart, yet it is just 1year old.
