While the service was great, it seems that if you tell them they can have the car all day, for example, they take all day. To the point where YOU the customer has to call to see if the car will be ready. Had my car been looked at or worked on in a timely fashion I wouldn’t have had to be put into a loaner vehicle for the ENTIRE next day. So my car was there for two full days. My advisor was very nice and the work done was great; maybe you need to focus on time management or something.
