The service department didn’t write down the correct information wanted done.
What I wanted written down was
A lease buy out
Dentless repair
A rental car
A FOD
Per agreement sold to me when I leased car.
What happened
A salesman try to sale me a "service ageement” plus service.
I said NO!
Zach in service would not Agee to rental car, would NOT return my calls.
I went to two credit managers. They were great. They went.to Zach to explain the agreement that was that was sold to me.
Bottom line I got rental car and a FOD. The part department who help me was great.
The salesman who tried to sale me the service agreement told me I had to talk to Chase Bank, did not offer a phone number. Zach would not return my call. I will not be using Bob Baker in the future.
