My service was a recall and repair of the windshield. After two hours, the bolts were ok, no need to tighten. The windshield was not the type of cracks that they could repair. And they were unwilling to replace it, after paying $900 for the platinum plus insurance your salesman sold me. I won’t be back to your service department.
