JP is a wonderful employee and I feel confident he knows Subarus. My car has a battery problem....it goes dead! A new one was installed two months ago. Yesterday, dead again. I am caretaker for a husband with major health problems and MUST use a car daily. This problem has happened way too much for a 2019. I am devastated. This is not something that you would see by servicing the car. Its a battery drain defect and I am still making huge payments, which hurts even more! I think BB Subaru is great, but this problem should get a recall fix! Susan C
