this comment has nothing to do with the service provided - which although slow was excellent. More a commentary on VW - a $2000 consumable filter is pretty ridiculous on a passenger car, yet another item giving Diesel vehicles a bad name

After the first time I brought it in I had to bring it right back within a week for the same problems very inconvenient to bring it back twice. The alternator was not caught on the first trip to the shop which made me bring it back. Other than that Brent the service guy who helped me was very helpful

The best service experience I've ever had! Normally I dread anything that has to do with getting my car serviced, it's always been such a hassle, but not today.
