I made the appointment at least a month ahead and there was still no loaner available so I had to shuttle over to the rental car service. Then my car was not done even though I was promised twice, that it would be ready by end of day. I know it gets busy but appointments made ahead should take precedence.
The rep was very communicative and professional and the car was ready the next day.
