Once again, I was told one thing and another was done. Julian was quite pleasant and the matter was out of his hands. Don Elliott told us to bring our credit card with us, and we would receive a refund on the day of service. When I picked up the car, Don did not seem to be available, and whom ever Julian spoke to told him not to issue the credit but to tell is it would be forth coming. I was disappointed and not in the mood for fighting. So I left. But the matter is not forgotten.

My windshield still had a glass chipped in it and my car inside wasn’t detailed , there was also a dot of paint from when I purchased the car. I just feel like I’m promised about all these work that was going to be done with my car and it was just 1 thing that was worked on after keeping the car for almost 2 days . It’s so inconvenient to leave work early to drop off the car to have it fixed and being provided with a rent a car was also a lot of Inconveniency for me . Buying a brand new car should be easy but Subaru bob baker have made it difficult for me .

It took the car in for two rattles. It still have two rattles. Your dealership is a 40 minute drive each way which means I had to do two round trips just to have the car returned without being fixed. One is the lumbar support they said there is no current fix for. I purchased the car CPO and am convinced they just slapped CPO on this car because I wanted a maroon outback. Its not up to the standards of CPO in my opinion compared to the Hondas I purchased CPO. I will go back to buying Hondas.
