Bobby Reynolds was great, very informative And Timely.
I was frustrated inability of service to adjust my headlights to a setting that made safe sense. I got on the internet and found how to adjust it myself and it took me 10 seconds. What is up with that?
My other issue is around the tailgate lift sensor which, again, he didn't work for me yesterday.

This was probably the finest experience I have ever had at an automobile service facility and I been actually driving for over 60 years! JP could have not been better - he was friendly, knowledgeable, and made things happen. I
Was able to have a rental car (Free) overnight and even had our car washed. The best thing though was the problem was fixed! I would highly recommend Bob Baker Suburu service and especially ask for Joseph Phillips.
