I was expecting what I requested. I requested that the tires be rotated. It was clearly not done. I was told they did not have the lug adapter. Although the release documents stated it was done.They should had called me. Plus it was in the exact location that Subaru put it when I received the car. Very disappointed have second thoughts about returning to have service done. I was a maintenance supervisor on million dollar aircraft. You have a hard time recovering from this. It would be great if Mr. Baker would contact me. ****-****-xxxx
