Disappointed as I took in for service to top off fluids and update key FOB. Never was able to get key fob changed and had to come back this week to charge our key FoB batteries. Amazing that they charged me for two small batteries to update my keys?? I have one of the most expensive vehicles with the VW Touareg and pay over $550 per month and can’t even get two batteries as a service without charging me $10. Seems petty and does Not bold well for me that expects great service..
