The manager on duty Saturday failed to ensure that all checks were done to the car which prevented us from taking the car home on Saturday. Instead, we had to make accommodations (we live in Chula Vista) to pick up the car on Monday evening, the sales rep said our car would have an 8 hour treatment done so we did not have to go back. However when we picked up the car, the treatment was not done. Finally, we drive off the lot only to realize that our first stop is the gas station as the gas light turned on before we got home. We are very disappointed with our overall experience.

JP was great as a service advisor. Kept me up to date and got my issue handled quickly. However, once again I got my car back and the person who washed my car did a HORRIBLE job cleaning my wheels.
When one of my wheels had been damaged previously I was quoted for a replacement at over $1k/wheel. When brake dust gets wet from washing and not completely removed it gets baked on from sitting in the sun: potentially ruining the appearance of my launch edition STi. I find this unacceptable and have complained many times about this very issue only to find it reoccurring each time I visit your dealership.
