No. When I arrived a very nice African American man was very friendly & polite. He called me Mrs Shapiro & asked how my day was going. Carlos called me just Shapiro. Never said how are you & no smile. The service done was excellent on my car. When I asked for a car wash Carlos told me it would not be safe for the high pressure to be put on my new seal on the bumper but did offer me a delux wash next time I come in. Nobody pulled my car up I was told to go get it where it was parked

Julian helps me quite often, and he's amazing. He makes my dealer visits smooth and he's quick to respond to questions and follows through wonderfully. My complaint for this visit was with the tire rotation and the charge. I opted to my tires rotated with the oil change, but on tire inspection 3 of my 4 tires had nails in them, so my tires were not rotated. I was still charged $30 for the rotation, even though it was not done and I had to get a completely new set of tires (not through the dealer, even though Discount Tire price matched your quote).

Exceptional attention to my request to service my Outback on limited notice for a road trip within 5 days of departure. The recommendations for brake service upon my return back home was appreciated very much. Tanner paid special attention to the history of my relaying an issue from the first day of purchase regarding the fuel exhaust smell which is overwhelming for a new vehicle, and suggested a particular procedure to remedy the problem. I am anxiously looking forward to this visit. Kudos to Tanner Knapp, he is definitely an asset to the Bob Baker family's service to their clientele. Tanner's experience shows in his interactions with my questions without hesitation. He does value the expectations the dealership offers and I am very pleased he was the service advisor.
