Hie provides great customer service, he will ask questions and actually “listen” to what my concerns are in regards to my visiit and is not pushy at all. Will was awesome. However, I was very surprised that the technician forgot to reset the "change your oil now" alert on my vehicle after changing the oil. So I ended up having to have Will walk me through this after I picked up my vehicle.
