I greatly appreciated his constant updates on the status of my car, with which he provided pictures and suggestions for maintenance opportunities that would save me money “down the road” and extend the life of my vehicle. This was my first visit at Bob Baker Subaru dealer service and it will not be my last. Julian Perez was of excellent help. I came in for a CVT fluid change and left with a lot more knowledge about my Subaru than I had when I came in thanks to Julian. He had answersed all of my questions and concerns as well as brought to my attention that I should look into replacing my spark plugs due to the lack service history work on the car and it having over 100,000 miles on it. I am once agian driving a car that I have 100% peace of mind about. Thank you Julian and the staff at Bob Baker Subaru!

It took me 2.5 weeks to get an appointment on a known issue. My 2018 Outback was leased new with 5 miles in April 2018. The headunit finally stopped turning on 3 weeks ago. Backup camera and sensors work intermittently. This is a known issue for all 2018. However, I was not informed during lease process or after during follow-up or when I reported first incident at 5K. I have not been offered solutions other than the parts need to be ordered and even though its a known issue, its not a recall matter. I have to wait for 2-4 weeks and maybe longer before I can get a functional safe vehicle. Bob Baker's teams are professional and polite and did a great job with washing my car. When I asked for a phone number to call, I was given a 1800 Subaru Customer Service number that had a full mailbox.
