Who is Tanner Knapp? We were helped mainly by Christy. She had excellent, top-notch customer service. We were between the car from bob baker volkswagen and a car from another dealership. It was an extremely close decision, but in the end Christy helped us decide to go with the volkswagen. We could tell she really loved the make and now we do too! Thanks Christy!

My car was there for a paint touch up by a 3rd party. While the touch up did not meet my expectations, service provided by Tanner was excellent. This is the second time I’ve dealt with Tanner and I’m very impressed with his professionalism, demeanor, responsiveness and knowledge. It’s so refreshing to deal with someone like that! Previous (2 years ago) my experience with BB Subaru was not so great. I hope Tanner is a reflection of the new service standards there, now that I’ve moved back to the area.
