I called on Monday to make an appointment and the lady (I didn't catch her name) helped me scheduling one for Wednesday at 9:00. She was very polite and courtesy. However, when I showed up for my appointment, my appointment was not assigned to a specific tech. Luckily, you were not that busy and were abe to service our car.
