I understand that the courtesy vehicle might take a long time to arrive and can be unpredictable. But the degree of indifference I received this morning from multiple people at Subaru was baffling. And unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. I called to check on the status of the vehicle and after being on hold for 20 minutes, I was met with an unusual level of distain. I was given the impression that I should just be grateful that courtesy vehicle program exists. Regardless of how long it might take. I get that it was busy. I get that I’m not the only customer. But I do feel that it could have been handled with a higher level of professionalism and grace. The lesson I’ve learned is to never rely on the courtesy vehicle. And not expect that my concerns be met with even the slightest bit of understanding.

I dropped my vehicle off and was very pleased with the customer service. I asked to have an oil change and my tires rotated. I was asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash, like I have with my many visits to this dealership, which was awesome. I asked for a shuttle to go to 24hr fitness off of Laurel Tree Ln, and was accommodated. When I returned to retrieve my vehicle, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes or so (2hrs total), but was not an issue as I was not in a rush. When my vehicle was finished, I noticed several spots all over the vehicle. I also noticed the interior was not vacuumed, which was unlike my usual services at this dealership. My overall good experience was good, but I was not impressed with the complimentary car wash this specific visit.
