I was told that my recall service would take several days on Tuesday Morning. I was also told that i could drop my car off at 7am and have a rental car by no later than 7:30am by a customer service worker. On Tuesday I did not receive my rental until 8:15am, and this made me an hour late to work. I work in Mira Mesa, and i have little to no access to my personal phone throughout the work day 8:30am-5pm. I was called by JP several times on Wednesday and Thursday warning me that if I don’t return my rental car by the end of the day- I would be charged for the free rental car. When I tried calling him back, again the front desk representative told me that I can turn in the car by 6pm to the rental company, shuttle over by 6:30pm, and then get my Subaru back. This is what I did last night. When I arrived to the Subaru dealership at 6:15pm, I was informed that all service agents had gone home and that my keys to my car were locked away and inaccessible until tomorrow morning at 7:30am. I was stranded at the dealership because no one was available to get my keys- even though I had been called, confirmed, and warned to turn in the rental and pick up my car by 6:30pm. Now I will most likely be late to work again this morning because I don't trust the timeline of operating hours provided to me by your customer service, but I have no other option. Needless to say I am extremely frustrated with my experience.

Bobby had great communication regarding my service request. He was very personable and helpful. I was completely satisfied because the tech wasn’t able to reproduce my concern with auto start therefore my concern was not corrected. Upon bringing my vehicle home the issue arose again on 3 separate occasions. Auto start error.

after leaving the dealership and entering the highway I noticed that the car doesn’t have the same torque and acceleration. When enter a uphill road the car stall.

The service was fine, I was disappointed with the price of the battery replacement and then the fact that it was only guaranteed under warranty for 30 months, not even 3 years?? That is pretty weak. Unfortunately the battery died at the location so I was kind of a hostage to the situation.
