The service was fine but I never had a key concern of mine resolved. When I arrived for my service I expressed concerns about the touchiness of my Subaru when accelerating from a standing start. I was told a manager would take a test drive with me but he was unavailable because he was at lunch. I was told he would take the test drive after my service was completed. An hour later when my car was ready I was told the manager was still at lunch and was unavailable. I left frustrated!

Car was towed to Bob Baker late afternoon and Julian went above the Call of Duty and installed new battery and I was on my way. You all have come to the rescue so many times for me with my 2007 Subaru. I am so thankful for your help and great service. Julian is the best.
