Zachary was hands down the best Subaru employee I’ve ever dealt with. After having multiple negative experiences at different Subaru I was skeptical to continue to utilize the dealership for service visits. Zachary took his time to explain everything to me and even went the extra mile to explain things without me having to ask. He also shared useful knowledge with me about how to best prepare to take care of my vehicle while it will be mostly idle for a temporary period of time.
