Julian was terrific! I came up today to address an oil problem. When I started the engine Julian heard and caught a major problem that, left unchecked, would have been even more costly and damaging to my car. Thank you for having an employee with such great experience and integrity.

I’m not sure who Julian is, but we were provided with amazing service from George,Michael and Terry. George was the first man to help us, he was very knowledgeable about each car we looked at and provided us with useful information to make the right choice. He was also super cool, no pressure just wanted us to be happy (refreshing!!) The only reason we didn’t buy from him that night was because it was getting late and we had to relieve the babysitter. Michael was the next man to greet us, super friendly and he was determined to get us the best deal possible which made us feel in good hands! Terry was last to help and he was a also super great! He was very interactive with our 4 year old son and made us feel comfortable. These three great men were the reason we purchased this car from this location. We actually received a better deal in the Orange County area the day before but we less than impressed with the quality of service (to say the least). It’s really important to have a good staff and this must be why this place does so well! To be treated like real people vs a sale shouldn’t be as rare as it is. So keep up the Great work! Thank you!

Will Carrasco was great, but the a tech attempted to love my car and couldn’t drive a Manual. Then a younger tech started to push the back hatch as a joke and I told “pleas don’t touch my car that way. Then a Sr tech apologized. 2 things come to mind he could of dented my car or the tech could of accidentally backed over the tech attempting to push. I was not happy with what happened.
