Only issue is that the service reminder wasn’t cleared when my car was given back to me. A rep came out and cleared it. I assume it was just overlooked or the incorrect “clearing” button combo was used, but it does leave a question in my mind if something is wrong, post service. I don’t think there will be. BUT, the service reminder should be cleared when a vehicle is returned just for peace of mind.
Julien is a good dude. He took care of me right away. He answered my questions. He was really responsive.
This is the second time that he has taken care of me. I'll request hi. In the future.
