It took the dealership 4.5 hours of my husband's time to move up the roof rack bar and "install" the rubber mats. At least my husband was told that they were installed. In reality, when he got in the car they were still wrapped up in a bag in the trunk. He installed them himself. He also lost a lot of precious time for what was probably a 10 minute fix. We even had an appointment.
