The entire customer service organization impresses me during every visit. Anytime I'm waiting more than a few moments any member of the team will ask if they can help me. Several times a team member who was free at that moment will help me so I don't have to wait. The level of customer service, courtesy and professionalism displayed by the team is quite frankly amazing.
