Dropped my car off at my scheduled appointment time of 830 am to replace a plastic trim just below the windshield. I was told it would only take 2 hours at most.
My car wasn’t even worked on until 4pm when I called. I picked my car up around 5pm meaning it was a simple replacement. Why did I drop it off so early and have to be careless for the entire day? And when I picked it up they mixed up all the keys just leaving a bitter experience.
I don’t usually have issues with Bob Baker Carlsbad but this wasn’t a good one.
