I know I got there right after a bunch of people had just shown up, but it would be nice to have a dedicated person to receive you. I pulled up and there is no sign to tell you what to do or what to expect. So I just stood in front on my car and waited a while. I watched the techs hard at work, so I didn't want to disturb anyone. Eventually I just had to disturb one of them until someone came out to help me. My tech was great, but the receiving process starts you off on a bad note. At the very least, there needs to be some sort of sign or reassurance that someone is coming or tell you what to do or where to stand to get service.
