I ordered this tire on Monday and was told by the person I ordered it from that an appointment was not necessary when I asked if Thursday was a good day to come in and have it installed. When my wife called Thursday to let them know she was coming in she was told that she needed an appointment and that there were no appointments available for two weeks. That she could come in on Friday as a walk in. Terrible customer service!
