"JP" did a fantastic job. Getting me back on the road, providing solutions but NOT 'overselling' me or attempting to get me to do everything under the sun and to spend a fortune. The typical dealership experience (what we are currently experiencing at this moment with our Chevy) is that they try to sell you every possible service and part and to spend a small fortune. JP was solution oriented and decidedly more interested in earning return business from us rather than the immediate price gouging.
