Was disappointed that I was told my air filter was in the yellow. It wasn’t replaced. It’s ironic that it was my last included maintenance. So, will you tell me it needs to be replaced next time when I have to come out of pocket?

Brenden was great but apparently one of the mechanics stripped my oil plug. It was replaced, no charge, thank you, but I'm concerned if this will lead to future issues. So, I have to say, No, I am not completely satisfied.
