Edwin was great. He was very helpful and informative. I do believe he was trying his best to fix the problem, however, the problem still persists
The blue tooth and CarPlay functions in the truck are not working as they should, after using car play for about 15min it drops connection and the icon isn’t even visible or availible for use
There is also still a rattle sound upon turning the truck on
I made Edwin aware of that before taking the vehicle home, he adhered me that it’s normal for that truck to make that sound unless it progresses.
Edwin was a pleasure but unfortunately the problems with the vehicle continues to persist.
