I asked to have my Edge washed....i was tikd the car wash was broke but he would have it taken to the detail department. If it went to tge detauk dept i hope it had a nice visit because it anythibg was done it was hosed down was all.

Not satisfied this is my first time owning a ford and to take it to a ford dealership I feel like it was a total disappointment because at least in other dealers service department they print out a sheet with brake pad width how much thread is on the tires honestly not coming back to a ford dealerships at all because first impressions tells me that’s how you treat your customers
