The lady that called me told me that I could come back and get the welcome back oil change for $39.99; however, I was charged $49.99 plus extra fees & quarts being a total of $64. Apparently she was not honest on the phone with me when she wanted me come back in for service. Also she offered 10% off any service. Not mentioned when the vehicle was taken in.

Javier was Awesome. He took time to explain everything regarding the service for my Taurus and asked if I had any questions.
