If you are going to have a service advisors meeting prior to opening, have it wrapped up before you open for business! Having one of your service technicians soley handle opening the store and serving the customers waiting (some of us with appointments) is unacceptable!(the technician who assisted us did a great job of serving us). If you would have your full staff in position and ready to serve YOUR customers the process would of been more efficient and taken less time. Please take into consideration that most people there had to take time off from work to get their car serviced.

After substantial delay surrounding passenger airbag recall, I got Ford’s letter that parts were available. I made an appointment a week and a half ago for the work. I delivered the car today at 7 am. I got two courtesy texts and a phone call concerning the repairs. Later in the afternoon I got a call that air conditioning repairs and oil service were complete, but airbag repairs could not be made as there were no parts available. Now I will have to return again for airbag repairs. The appointment and delivering the car in part for this repair turned out to be a waste of time. It seems someone at Raceway could have called to discuss the lack of parts before I anticipated complete repairs. POOR CONCERN FOR CUSTOMERS.
