I appreciate the time Thomas looked into the history of my previous service back in September 2018. I bring my Ford into Quicklane often and when I go I trust that when the team inspects my vehicle they are providing me with honest recommendations to better maintain my vehicle. One item was overlooked and Thomas took care of the issue upon reviewing the last maintenance I had done. As a customer who has no knowledge in mechanics I appreciate the vendor's honesty which is what keeps me as a returning customer.
