The only problem I had was that the people who bring the parts from wherever took forever. 3 plus hours waiting on a stupid part. If it wasn’t for Javier ordering the same part from a different place I would still be there waiting. This seems to be an on going problem because when I was there in November with another car I experienced the same problem. Something you might want to address. Javier was great through the whole thing

Michael always meets and exceeds great customer service. He has integrity and is always fair. Good point man to have in this position. Ok to call and. Variefy this statement. I know good customer service when I see it. I once spoke a little at one of your sales meeting on salesmanship and how individuals feel about what it is to be a sales representative. I come from another industry but the sales process have very similar traits.
Always ask. I would come in and do another short presentation at one of your salesman meetings. Time is sales
